Getting to know people on a deep level and helping them solve their problems has always been a passion of mine. I, personally, have struggled with anxiety and depression and therefore know first-hand that it can lead to feelings of isolation and hopelessness. Therapy has been a vital part of my healing process and believe that it is essential to helping others.
Asking for help is courageous and establishing a support system is essential to achieving stability and finding peace of mind. It is important to realize that our struggles are opportunities for growth and make us resilient, strong people who are capable of overcoming adversity.
Clients have described me as warm, compassionate and relatable. I am non judgmental and empathetic and strive to create a space where clients feel secure, respected and understood/heard. I want therapy to be an empowering process where clients discover their inner strength and gain self confidence. I will help you understand what is deterring you from achieving your goals and work with you to move past these obstacles.
I am able to quickly identify the core issues that may be causing you to feel stuck, anxious, stressed or lonely. I work collaboratively with clients to rectify problems, personal and/or professional, and ultimately provide them with tangible tools and solution-focused strategies that they can implement in their daily lives.
